Probably because it uses Vista graphics, but not the Vista method of implementing them or some other thing like that. When I boot, it starts with the XP toolbar, then after it boots up the Object Desktop it changes everything. One gripe: The radio starts with boot, and you have to load the sidebar to stop it. (Start > Show side bar)Eww, I definitely don't like the sidebar. The sleek taskbar is kinda cool, but I still prefer Classic.I turned my sidebar off the first day I had Vista. IF I really need some sort of gadget, I'll turn it back on, but otherwise, it uses too much realty. If I had more than one SCREEN, on the other hand, it would be good. I don't like how the system tray, your icons, etc. don't look right. It all blends together nicely in Vista. -rockWhat can I say? The skins only go so far. Actually, now that I've indulged myself in a sample of Vista's only good point, I've gone back to same ol' XP with the Royale theme. Now I have no desire whatsoever to own Vista. (I know the systray was a little messed up in that screen -- rebooting got my systray icons back.)

It is XP. I am using Vista-style themes.
