Solve : Had a Trojan,now microphone isn't working? |

Answer» I removed a trojan worm from my computer, now my microphone isn't working. I BOUGHT new one nothing, checked control panel, removed and downloaded Skype again, nothing. The speech RECOGNITION isn't working either. Went through Skype help. When I call or someone calls me with Skype I hear them, they don't hear me, When I use speech recognition the computer doesn't hear me. Nothing seems muted that I can find. Skype STARTS green goes yellow when I call. I have it plugged in right as I used it fine before the Trojan, seems to be something missing with my computer so it cannot read my mic. Also a Rundell box COMES up when I start my computer saying it can't be FOUND. I would appreciate some help. ThanksThanks for looking into the problem for those who clicked on my issue.
