my MEMORY is full what should i do i have tried disk fragmentary and other software but it still full

Do i have to buy external hardrive or something

Find out what is filling it up and remove what you don't need.

Yes, I love my external hard drive. They are relatively cheap for the space you get. I paid $99 for 500 gig a while ago. May be cheaper these days. Just put all your music, pictures, video, or whatever it is that is taking up space on it and use that to store it.  Sorry, after I posted I realized you asked if you "had" to buy an external HD. No, you don't HAVE to, I just like mine and think its a good idea for back up purposes, if nothing else. You must have something on there you want to keep or you would just delete some stuff. I don't know for sure but I think that a full hard drive makes your computer RUN SLOWER. Don't quote me on that, though. I am by no means an expert!! Heck, I can't even get my mouse and keyboard to work at the same time!!Have you run disk cleanup?  It should be run at least once a month, if not a lot more often.

Also, how big is your hard drive and how much free space do you have?thank you GUYS i am now trying run an disk cleanup every week

 You can try to remove all temporary files and internet cookies by following the below mentioned steps:

1). Click on START and then select RUN.

2). Type "%temp%" and hit enter. (Without quotes)

3). Select all the files and folders then delete.

4). Click on START and then select RUN.

5). Type "temp" and hit enter. (Without quotes)

6). Select all the files and folders then delete.

7). Goto My Computer and right click on C: drive, select properties.

. Goto tools and click on disk clean up.

9). Put check mark on all the options and click on ok.

10). Restart your computer and it should work.
