I used to have about 50% free, now down to 20%. I ALSO use Mozy virtual back up. Ubuntu is running as a Windows app but only takes up about 15 gigs. I'm mystified ???. Thanks for any ideas.Not sure what Mozy Virtual BackUp is do you think this may be the problem here? PERHAPS it is constantly making backups and using your disk space.Mozy is a virtual b/u so it does not b/u on the HD. The program itself is about 17 MB. Thanks for looking though. The more info provided the less guesswork on this end...Mozy is an online backup service. I’ve noticed the same gradual loss of free space on my Vista machine and could often regain many gigabytes by clearing these automatically generated files. The option to clear these files seems to be available only if you chose to run Disk Cleanup for all users of the computer instead of for only your own files. Restore Points and Shadow Copies are valuable, so you may want to keep them, but they do build up in size.
