Answer» I have a JOHN LEWIS digital photo frame that my Dell Dimension 5150 Windows XP is refusing to recognise. I know the frame is working perfectly with other computers! But in the Hardware - Device Manager drop down menu I keep getting "Unknown device". Any suggestions as to what I can do now would be greatly appreciated - it has been suggested I need to download a driver but from where and which one is a complete mystery to me. Please help! In GENERAL, you GET drivers from the manufacturer of the device, not the computer manufacturer. If you cannot find it there, I ould ensure you have the latest XP service pack (sp3) and try again. |
