Will see what happens now....IT WORKED!
Thanx so much guys, especially you Patio....
Is there anything I should be doing now to keep this from happening again?Quote

especially you Patio
It's all his System files in Windows can become CORRUPTED for any number of reasons...
However i have found that this happens way less if regular maintenence is done including the following:

Run DISK clean from the All Programs/System Tools menu...
Run Defrag also from the same menu...
These should be run at least 2 times a month...more if you are a heavy user.

DLoad and install CCleaner and run it at the same intervals. It cleans out Temp internet files ; unused Temp files etc.

Good Luck and Happy Computing !Will do all that, thanx again Patio...You're more than WELCOME...
