Solve : hello, i have problem with partitioning win 2k? |

Answer» hello everyone, i have a P4 256 ram and i just bougth a 160 mb hd, and i TRY to install w2k, but when i am at partition format, win 2k says hd is not instaled or damaged, i try in another computer and there it works, please somebody can explain to me what happend? thank you.... Try changing the IDE cables that are going from the MOTHERBOARD to the hard drives. Somewhere it has a broken connectionA new HDD has to be FORMATTED before Windows will recognise it...how do you have the jumpers set on that drive ? ? |
