Answer» i dont know if its possible but i had to restore my computer and so it all worked out well just that i lost all my stuff and id like it back like is still on my drive ok this is what i do: i open my computer i got to my c/drive i open "my backup folder" and i go in to documents and settings and i want to open under the user name it used to be so i click on it and a POP up comes up and says"c:/my back up/documents and settings/mark is not accesable. acces denied" is there any way to GET into that?? ohh and its a windows XPYou might need to take POSSESSION, ownership, of the file, go here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308421 for info on it.i feel dumb for asking but how do i start my computer in safe mode??REPEATEDLY Press F8 before Windows loads and CHOOSE 'safe mode'.
