Can you more precisely identify it in your screen image? And, do you want it enabled or not? From that orange outline, it looks like showing window CONTENTS while dragging is disabled. In Control Panel, click System. On the left SIDEBAR, click Advanced system settings. In Performance SECTION, click Settings. In the box, check Show window contents while dragging, and click OK. thanx it worked BRUH !
