Solve : Help clearing the download box? |

Answer» ok when i download a FILE a window pops up asking where to send the file and on that box next to the file name there is an arrow, when i click it , it shows my downloads from the past how do i clear that? i think the box is called "save as" im running win meGo to (Internet Explorer 6.0) Tools -> (Internet) options -> General (tab) and click Delete cookies, Delete files and Clean history. jane676....Are you sure you want to delete your download file ? If you do... go to "my computer" C drive ...there should be a file there called downloads ...open it and delete what you feel safe to throw away. i looked at the list of stuff that are listed in the drop down list on the pic i posted and those stuff are all gone and deleted i just want to clear those names not delete any filesright-click on the bottom task bar/properties tab click..advanced tab click..click the clear box....or go to start/programs/accessiories/system tools/ disk clean up... Quote ok i downloaded them both now what do i do? Raptor ty for helping me Mozilla Firefox is a browser. It offers a better download manager as WELL. The first program, Advanced System Optimizer V2 can do many THINGS for you. I suggest you look through it or read any documentation you may find on it. A very useful tool. |
