Solve : Help, Distorted Characters!? |

Answer» I need help, my computer has distorted characters in it. It HAPPENS on the desktop and on webpages. I don't THINK it's a monitor problem because Windows was able to screen capture the problem. I found that it happens often on webpages, but it also happens on the desktop sometimes. Completely installing a fresh install of the computer, sometimes helps fix the issue temporarily but it occurs after a few days again. I have also tried changing the ClearType settings, but it doesn't help.
