 I have done most of emptying it I could tweeked what I could. and reset alot of stuff to hold only one day too.

but a new problem is something is draining my little memory as fast as I can free it!
I have had many of these programs as seting with no problem.
something new is draining it. ....THAT.... is what I am trying to find!

Thank you for all help you can giveWhat type of processor socket is the processor slot 1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slot_1) or socket 370 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_370) eather way you can upgrade to a pentium III which will improve speed (you can get one on ebay for $10) Also Find out you MOTHERBOARD and the bus speed and type of RAM so u can upgrade it (careful win 98 max RAM is 512) try that hardware weise.thank you.

ummm i still dont know what is the other stuff on here slowing it down

Do I need that?
Go to your Add/Remove Programs panel and, if Web1000 toolbar is there, remove it.  I see you're also using Free Ram Optimizer.  I suggest you remove it and see whether you notice a difference; it may be doing more harm than good. 

Also, download the Slim version of CCleaner, scan your system with it and delete stuff it finds.  Then, defragment your hard drive.
