Answer» I recently was using the AVG antivirus and started having trouble with it. Now, when i try to download an attachment from email or unistall the AVG, i get the prompt screen, and when i hit open file, it GOES away. I need to download IMPORTANT papers and i cant. I have windows vista, and i have an HP computer. It is the media center. I need helpAVG Removal Tool. Re-boot after running...Thanks for the help, but it WONT let me run the program.
