Answer» Hello, I am unable to open Itunes when I CONNECT my Ipod, the computer GETS EXTREMELY slow and after about 45mins I get the following message "The EXCEPTION unknown software exception (oxe0070001) ocurred at the application ox7c812a5b" I am waaay far from a computer savvy, but I am trying to learn with my pc. Any help? Thanks. P.S.: I just installed a NEW hard DRIVE and reinstall all components, I don't know if this might be important info.
