BEFORE my dad system restored the computer everything was FINE...PERFECT..and then he frickin restores to 3 months later...*censored*...now it wont go past the "Windows XP" and the green loading thing..... hm..so you think its a virus?... what can i do about it? ive tried safe mode, ive tried everything..i just wanna get into my computer to TRANSFER data *censored*.... u sure its a virus though..jw..cuz like how come it says "CPU ratio to low" or something anyways thx for the helpobtw....im just letting it restart itself a billion times now....but once...it did a complete hard disk check..and said everything was fine windows found 0 problems .... but then it restarted after that aigan... re-start pc and hold down the f8 key and chose last good config.......if you are going to scan foe bugs disable system restore and disconnect from the net while doing the scan....Why exactly did your dad restore it?
