Hello,
I have an old Compaq computer running Windows ME. My POWER was lost while online and now all I get is a black screen with 'Operating system not found on any devices' written at the top of the screen. I tried running the cd that came with the computer but all it does is reboot over and over. It did this one time before a few years back and it cost me a little over $200 to get back online and I lost all my files.
Thank you for any HELP you may be able to give.

You must write what error message you see when you turned ON your PC? Is the logo of BIOS displayed when you turned PC ON?
