Answer» I run Vista and when I start up my computer it gives a message(Before I enter my code for running Windows V.) It says;"exception EAccess Violation in module ntdll.dll at 00048B02.Access violation at adress 775A8B02 in module "ntdll.dll"write off adress 0000000C.... (Before I enter my code for running Windows V.)Does this mean your account password, or your product key to activate Vista? ANYWAY, I had a similar problem a while ago, and it was because I was USING two anti-virus software products at the same time. If that is the case for you as well, uninstall one. If that is not the case, you should look into testing your computer's memory. I PERSONALLY use Memtest 86+ (which is free). Google it to find out how to run it.It is to "open"my account....(The code you fill in with your "pic."above it.). I`m no computer whizz so i might explain the above a bit strange. Thank you very much......I`ll try it right away... TNX again...................Greetzzzz..Eric ............... [Saving space, attachment deleted by admin] |
