Solve : [help] problem of disk management??

I plug an USB in my computer but i cant see it ...
Then , i go to the path My Computer > DEVICE > Disk MANAGEMENT . But i cant see any disk 

Why ? Can you help me? Thank you very MUCH.

What do you mean? You can't see your hard drive there?Do you mean you plug a usb flash disk and you cant see it from the Disk Manager? Is that it? Are your USB ports enabled on the BIOS?
