Solve : Help stop this Hollow Tunnel Sound? |

Answer» I have this annoying and continuous hollow tunnel sound (not exactly an echo sound) that is heard all the time, even associated with oS sounds. It is near impossible to understand or enjoy any VIDEO or MUSIC on the computer. Pease HELP!
