Have you used a registry cleaner recently, if so does it have an undo option? Can you do a system restore? Have you a backup of your system state data? Can you re-install xp?
Before doing any of the above, carry out a virus scan with up to date definitions.ya i used SUPERUTILITIES program to clean the registry. i will try system restore and let u KNOW. thanxhttp://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htmi don't want to re install xp or restore to previous date. is there any other way? I would look at your superutilities programme and see if it has deleted any of the relevant keys from your registryoh, i unistalled the SUPERUTILITIES as it was a trial version. thanxhow to retrieve the data or the registry?also help in WORDS not workingTry reinstalling XP.
