Answer» Yesterday, my computer started to MAKE weird loud noises (woke me up) so I got up, tapped on its side and got back to sleep. this morning I woke up, started my computer and it was making a regular noise that every computer makes and all the regular lights were on, (monitor, computer, etc.) but I couldnt SEE anything on the monitor. I tryed RESTARTING, unplugging computer or monitor (when I restart the monitor a MESSAGE saying "no input signal" shows up but disappears after a second) but nothing I tryed works. Could anybody help me please? Thank you.It's very possible that noise was a fan dying...most likely the vid card fan or PSU fan. Power down and remove a side panel...then power back up and INSPECT all fans with a flashlight. If you do find a failed fan stop using the machine immediately as you risk burning up other expensive components... As always when working inside the case remove all power sources and take anti-static precautions.
