i recently had a virus and stuff, ( THANK god its gone now) but after playing with safe mode ETC
my WINDOWS XP lost its hot sexy look and looks all grayed out, i set msconfig on normal settings etc
but its all gray, just like a windows 98, can anyone tell me how to set it back?  :-? :-? :-? amo...... Quote

Exactly what were you playing with in safe mode ?


dl65  It sounds like you managed to set your COMPUTER to Classic Mode.  Right-click on your desktop and go to Properties.  What does it say under Theme?  Try setting it to Windows XP.ok that was really stupid
only took 3 mouse clicks to fix
thanks guysHa, no problem.  Just glad it's all sorted out now.Should've said there is no fix . . . another classic mode recruit, willing or not . . .
