I have Windows XP and I was watching an online streaming video. The image froze while the audio kept playing. I tired pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL a few times but it wasn't at all responding. So, I turned off the on/off switch and restarted the computer. BUT now my computer starts off with this prompt that asks me to choose between safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, normal startup, and last working configuration... and no matter what I select everytime, the computer keeps restarting over and over again. WHAT can I do to save my computer? I have some very very important files that I need for my final exams in the next week and I'm freaking out here! HELP!well if NONE of those work LIKE safemdoe and stuff then hurry up and use LINUX to get your files back and then reformatIf you have the Windows CD, I would try a Repair INSTALL:
