Hi all, first of all I would like to thank the owner of this website and forums for the great idea and the great service he's offering us, second I would like to post my question about my Windows XP Sp2

-Couple of days ago I opened my PC to FIND it's weirdly lagging, and nothing would run, I try to use system restore it tells me "System restore has been turned off by group policy. To turn it on contact your domain administrator" Knowing that I'm the administrator of my PC, I TRIED to log in from the administrator account of Safe Mode yet it doesn't seem to work, same thing happens to any command prompt or when I try to use .reg files , help me please, thank you to whoever tries to help me in my problem In safemode go to start/run and TYPE in gpedit...does it let you in that way ? ?Do I have to be in safe mode ? I tried in normal mode it said it didn't find that file, I'll try safe mode tooTry gpedit.mscAWESOME I'm close, something called group policy... what to do NEXT xD , I'm a noob when coming to PC fixes
