Answer» I built a computer a couple weeks ago and it has been working fine until recently. A couple of days ago it started to reset on its own. Now when I turn it on it says a system file(sytem/en-us or something like that) is corrupted or unreadable. I cant get to anything. It usually shuts down right when it starts up. Any help would be great.Edit: It now starts up but with nothing on the desktop. I have my background and everything but with no apps, start MENU, or anything. I TRIED to run the system recovery and it came up with MISSING MANY many files. dll files and system files. We're gonna need the error messages instead of "something like that"... We're gonna need the error messages instead of "something like that"... I am not getting that error message anymore. Now it starts up, I log in and there is nothing but my desktop. Thermal paste was used. New PSU Yes all of the standoffs are in place. |
