Solve : help with win7 , please?

Answer»

is there anywhere i can go to read or see a video about win7 , because i may take it out and go back to XP its easy to use there are LOTS of videos on youtube about windows 7, though I'm not sure exactly what you want. Do you need guides on how to use it? How it compares to XP? Tips and tricks for Win7? All these kind of videos are on youtube, so just search for windows 7 and browse until you find what you need. If there is a particular thing about Win 7 you are having difficulties with, we may be able to help if you are more specific.

Learning a new operating system is always fussy. I used to use XP before I used Vista, an I thought '*CENSORED* you Vista for not being easy' then I realised it was far more VALUABLE to switch to a new OS and learn the basics.
Now I wonder why I ever got stressed with Vista as it is 'very easy'.
I would suggest just use it and have a look around, you can't break it with what you ALREADY know.

I agree. I went from XP to Windows 7 and I'll never go back. Actually before I changed machines I used VMWare Converter to turn my old XP installation into a virtual machine and I now have it on my new machine as a VM. It seems so clunky, and well, nine years old in look and FEEL.

That's a very good idea, Trout. I may do the same when I bother to upgrade to 7.
