Solve : Hi, I am experiencing critical problems with my HP, Vista laptop?

Answer»

I was only making sure, the OP is aware, that by using vacuum cleaner to clean his laptop, some part(s) might have been damaged, and the dump file, seems to be proving my claim.
It can be just RAM, so your advice to run memtest is good, but it may be also something else. Thanks for all the replies guys, but I just want to clarify that I didn't ACTUALLY use a vaccum celaner (w/ bristels per se). All I used was this mini-vacuum, basically similar to a small compressed air can. (it had a small tube that i used to blow away any dust). Not sure I could damage the RAM from that, but I'll take your advice anyway.

BTW, I someone else told me about memtest and I ran it for about 3-4 hours and I'm PRETTY sure I didn't see any bad sectors or such. To be certain, I'll run it again. What's the recommended time I should run it for?, and are there any ideal conditions (plugged/unplugged/etc) that I should run it in?The best way, is just to leave it overnight. Plugged/unplugged doesn't matter.hi i have sama problem what should i do?what is the solution?ram?or somthing else?PLZ help me az soon az possible this killing me plz DONT jack someone elses post as this will CAUSE confusion with the posts
