I would like to know if there is any way to make all folders except from my documents TOTALLY inaccessable without a password?
I tried some folder locking programs, but when locking the WINDOWS folder nothing worked =[

Because my friends keep messing with my files etc.

The only two operating systems that you could have that would allow your friends to change your files is Windows 98, and 95. (Or an un-updated version of Windows 98SE)
You would have to give us more info on what files they are editing. The guest account will dissable access to your files, like your my documents folders, but it will set aside a folder for the guest account.
That way, they could use the computer, but without access to your STUFF.
If you give them a limited access account (using the account wizard under the Control Panel) you should be able to restrict access to certain programs as well.
