How to install DEFREEZE in my pc?

Defreeze= I mean in school computers have some software. for EXAMPLE if i install msn messanger in school computer and restart my pc then it'll remove the msn messanger which i download it.

so i want to do in my home pc same as LIKE school comlputer, so can anyone tell me how to do that please?TALK to your school IT persona and see what the software really is called.I believe it is called Deepfreeze?
