Answer» When I click to open a document I get - PICTURES and fax viewer; preview not available - and have to go the longer route of - open with word document -. Help appreciated.Click Start, point to All Programs, point to ACCESSORIES and click on Windows Explorer. Click on Tools and click on Folder Options. Click on the File Types TAB and SCROLL down to DOC file extension. Click on Change. Choose "MICROSOFT Word" in the list of programs and click OK.Thanks
