Solve : How can I remotely control another person's computer.? |

Answer» My brother in law lives in L.A., while I live in Arizona . He calls me frequently when he has a (minor) computer problem and I try to talk him through it via the telephone. We are both running Windows XP. I am not a GERU but I do have a little more experience and I am often (not always) able to help him. I read somewhere (forgotten where ) that there exists a program that can be downloaded free that will allow me to hook up with his computer via the internet (with his permission of course) and I could try to SHOW him what to do rather than TALK him through it. Can any body tell me what this program is and how to link to it? Thanks for looking, JIMGoogle remote desktop. |
