Answer» i have some videos sent to me but when i try to open them windows media player can't, the files ar ram files? any ideas?RAM files are real player files Download either real player or real alternative software Only one is needed. Not both. Real Alternative software allow you playback RAM files with other players like the windows media player WITHOUT needing to install the full real player.thanks it worked!awesome KM Player is ALSO a good option try this if you WANT change from real player.
