Solve : How do i uninstall my mouse software??

I was doing some stuff on the computer and i think i accedently hit a button on my acer aspire 2010 windows 7 laptop, and my USB ports became disabled.
Please tell me how to fix it and if you can, what button i pressed. thanks in advance for any comments.
--UPDATE: my ports still work, it is the mouse that was installed. how do i uninstall the software for it? its not in the programs or any list.These things are GENERALLY 'plug and play' there is nothing to uninstall. How as he said anything like that? He WANTS to uninstall software he believes was added for the mouse. I fail to see what your comment adds to the answer for this thread. Quote

I want to know what this means. This is a laptop, right? With a touchpad? And does he MEAN "key" when he wrote "button"?
