Solve : how make partetion in hard drive? |
|
Answer» hello.... Please refer to the link to resolve the issue:You should have read the KB before posting. "...This article describes how to partition (prepare) and format a hard disk before you install Windows XP using the Windows XP Setup program...".Good catch CC...Its better if you provide the solution, and stop commenting on what I suggest, well what you said is correct. Right click on My Computer icon on the desktop screen, then choose the option manage , choose disk management utility, there you can change the partition without formatting. You can assign your 120Gb hard disk to three drives c:, d: and e: eith 40GB each. Quote from: Bishu on January 06, 2011, 07:16:35 AM 1. It was not a comment but a correction. 2. WinXP cannot resize partitions without reformatting. Vista & Win7 have this capability. This is not a comment, but a correction. |
