Answer» Randomly - but frequently recently - I am UNABLE to open either old or existing documents in WORD, Spreadsheets in Excel or emails in W.L.M. I have tried relaunching the programs, rebooting the PC and checkdisking the Hard Drive. Each time it SEEMS to be the solution, and then the problem returns. Emails DO open, but with the body content as attachments.Word and Excel files do not, and never have, OPENED "in" WLM. If you double click on such a file that is attached to an email, this should launch Word or Excel and the file should open in the applicable program, not in WLM. |
