Solve : how to change wall paper on Windows 7 Starter?

I am a new born in the computer world.

Recently I bought a Compaque Presario Desktop. The vendor promised me to supply Windows 7 version for free. I got Window 7 Starter edition. In my office I work on Windows XP where I can easily change the wall paper but the same facality is not available on Windows 7 starter.

What can I do?

Buy an advanced edition only for this!

Somebody HELP !!!!!!!!!!!! I did this in any version of Windows I used, from the old Windows 3.1 to Windows 7. You don't have to waste $120, just follow the LINK below.
