Answer» I am the owner and only user of my computer , but once I created another user administrator for some convenience. Now I want to remove this user, but whatever I do, I am asked to have the administrator to do that. Anyone can tell how to solve this problem? Step by step please. And are you logging in with the Administrator account to do this? And then you are going to Administrative Tools?I access from the control panel the user accounts icon. I select the account that I want to delete. I select from the left options Delete your account. (I don't see any Tools option), and the delete window appear without giving me any option to delete. The same option I get by accessing either of the accounts. Both are Administrators. Could you please give me step by step from the beginning to the end what to do?I had a similar problem had to do with the Admin Password and I followed these instructions and it worked. Follow these instructions and after step 5 Go to control panel and do what you need to do from there.
