Solve : how to explore extended partition onto usb drive.?

hi,
there is any WAY for windows users so that i can mount or explore the content of extended partition onto my usb drive,.
as we know that linux never has such RESTRICTION, linux can mount any number of PARTITIONS no MATTER it is extended or PRIMARY partition.
