I have a backup on an external hard drive, but I have no idea what program I used to create the backup and therefore I can't figure out how to restore it. The backup FILES are identified with SCSIO if that's any help. What's the difference? Just create a new backup of your critical data a go from there. What do you mean they're "identified with SCSIO"? How about a little more information as to the hardware (particularly the drive) in or connected to this computer.
