Solve : How to identify backup program? |
|
Answer» I want to FORMAT my hard drive and re-install WIN XP. I have a backup on an external hard drive, but I have no idea what program I used to create the backup and therefore I can't figure out how to restore it. The backup FILES are identified with SCSIO if that's any help. What do you mean they're "identified with SCSIO"? South CHINA Sea Institute of Oceanology? Does NovaBACK SCSI/EIDE Workstation Edition 6.7 sound familiar? Quote from: Salmon Trout on October 04, 2010, 12:55:18 AM South China Sea Institute of Oceanology? While that was a common result in my search, I did manage to find some references to SCSIO in relation to hard drives, but nothing relevant to the situation.Probably SCSI0 (zero, not O) Quote from: BC_Programmer on October 08, 2010, 11:42:51 AM Probably SCSI0 (zero, not O) YEAH, I kinda figured that's what he/she meant. They haven't been back since making the post, so maybe they sorted it out. |
