Answer» I have an old LAPTOP acer aspire 1613lmi. i BOUGHT a new HARD disc TOSHIBA 100 gb. I pleased it in my computer but don't function. I CANT see eaven the HDD i bios. what to do. I tried, formating it in a PC. what to do. If the BIOS is not recognising it it's either faulty out of the box or your machine is too old to recognise a drive of that size... To test this install it in another laptop machine and re-install it in yours.......
