I would like to ask if someone know how to install an operating system through networking. I'm a student in PHILIPPINES and my teacher ask me to search for a topic on how to install an os USING only network connection. From server to a pc with a blank hard disk..
Pls help.Wow great your a filipino too. Well, i haven't seen an OS being installed through a network since all the time we use bootable CD my friend. But is it possible?If s/he's asking because s/he doesn't have any optical drives on the machine, it would be easier and cheaper to simply buy a new internal (or external if supported by BIOS) optical DRIVE.
