You may want to do a google search for keyloggers. You can get All-In-One Keylogger from download.com, which is pretty handy. It even TAKES screenshots every few seconds so you can actually see what someone is doing on your machine.Keyloggers . . . ah dear me. Be aware that they may know they are being monitored. And a keylogger will not record everything, only the key strokes entered. The program suggested by CBMatt seems pretty comprehensive though. Just have a care, and don't do anything illegal.Ah, yes, please stay away from illegal use of such a program. It's actually quite easy to get caught, and nobody wants that.
Another route to TAKE could be video surveillance. My ex-girlfriend recently bought me a Creative Instant webcam (maybe $30) for Christmas, and if I want to, I can set it up so it will start recording once it detects motion. If you're out of town, it can send you an e-mail and you can get a live feed of what's being recorded. Of course, only if the PC in question is connected to the internet at the time. It won't record the person's activity, but you will at least know who, if anyone, is using your computer and at what time.thank you all guys...the program has now started logging...now let's see what they are up to..Make sure you can legally do this! I think this might be illegal in the UK with the Computer Misuse Act....
Couldn't you just set a password?
