Solve : How to reinstall win 7 factory settings? |

Answer» I have a HP G60 model 549dx OS system WIN 7 preloaded it have two accounts admin an user my daughter set up both accounts and can't remember the admin password although she can still use it as guest everything document is save on a flash drive i want to reinstall win 7 but don't have a disk since it came preloaded shouldn't it still be on there? and all i would have to do is push f8 or f11 and start a fresh install? not sure so thats why I'm asking can someone help walk me through the STEPS thanksNo idea what your question is. It's just that you firstly didn't take the trouble to write your question in normal English. You chose to write one very (very!) long, tiring to read sentence. SECONDLY when gently pulled up about that, you come back with a snarky response. Because of these things, many people will decide not to take the trouble to answer. We're not PAID on here, it's all voluntary. In fact it is very easy to find an HP web page detailing the recovery process. I did it in a Google search that took me about 30 seconds. |
