Pls. help how to REMOVE packed.generic.200. Got this virus over the weekend. Pls. hope someone can help me out. I will appreciate it very much
If you're anti-virus program will not remove it, boot your computer into SAFE MODE and RUN the scan again and see if it will WORK...

To get to SAFE MODE, restart your computer, tap F8, when the Advanced Options appear, select Safe Mode...


If this doesn't work, click on the link and run a FULL "computer" scan using kaspersky online scanner...It only scans and does not delete any viruses...It does however list the exact file path (location) of where the viruses are located...After the scan is complete, write down the location of each virus you FIND, including packed.generic.200, navigate to the folder it's in and manually delete it.
Keep in mind that Java must be ENABLED in your browser and the scan will take a very long time..
