Solve : How to remove set up from boot up screen?

Answer»

Several MONTHS ago I was having problems with my WinXP and decided to reinstall Winxp and I got part of it installed and figured out what I did wrong.

The only problem I have now is when I restart my computer I have to be watching the boot up and switch it to my ORIGINAL Winxp or it will countdown and boot the set up program that I started.

How do I remove the Set up so that I can reboot and go do something else INSTEAD of babysitting my Boot up???

Can you help?

Thanks
LouisHi. You seem to have created a dual-boot situation on your pc. The last system installed becomes the default when booting. Edit your boot.ini file to make your original install the default and delete the unwanted entry.

Thank you for your response
