I have BIG problem with my XP.
All INTERNET shortcuts are displaying message below and has icons like unknown application.

Also links in MS Outlook 2007 I must to copy 'cause it does nothing if I click any.
On the websites, when is used MAILTO: does also nothing...
I tried to make default settings for URL extension - Internet EXPLORER, helps not, so, I opened details of OPEN command and there are used two system files: "rundll32.exe" and "ieframe.dll"
Can anybody help me?
