Answer» This is on a new laptop I bought to use programming car computers. It will never be USED on the internet or a network. No antivirus/firewall needs to be installed. I remember doing this temporarily on my PC running Vista a few YEARS ago but I don't remember how I did it. Is the proceedure the same in Windows 7? Thanks for any help!
