How do I tell which internet explorer I'm using, 7, 8, 9,? I'm not sure which one I should UPGRADE too, thanks....... In IE, CLICK on HELP, then about, and it will tell you what version you have. If you upgrade, which you should, get the latest version. If you are getting kicked off shopping sites you must have a really old version.Ok, I checked and I have internet explorer 8, is there a newer verison I should download or is explorer 8 up to date. Maybe the web site I was trying to get into was having problems.IE8 is the latest for XP. You can TRY Firefox and SEE if that works for you.
