Answer» i am trying to fix my FRIENS hp LAPTOP but im cornfused???
it is the compaq nx9010 notebook. when i turn it on the screen comes up has hp invent logo and p4 logo at bottom of screen says press esc to change boot order,press f2 to enter setup ,f12 to boot from lan
when i try esc it brings up the screen that checks the ram and tells the bios info same with the f2 button but that is far as it goes just sits there saying ENTERING setup any help very appreciatedoh yeah it has windows xp floppy drive dvd cdrw combo drive as wellWhat version and SERVICE Pack of XP...Home or Professional...SP1 or SP2?
