1.	Solve : HP Recovery Disk?
Answer» My hard drive failed on my HP laptop. I replaced the hard drive but lost my VISTA operating system and my Office program. I requested help from HP and they suggested that I order Recovery Disks. What can I expect from these disks? Will they enable me to access programs from HP? Or will they attempt to RECOVER the information from my hard drives-which I know do not contain either program? Any advice or comment out there? Chet F I THINK you'll FIND the recovery disk will simply restore the system as it was shipped to you and/or where ever you bought it...it'll have the OS and devices and any software that HP adds.... so it will restore the system to exactly as it was when you first GOT it and turned it on.....
